Ingredients
First flush Darjeeling black tea, second flush Darjeeling black tea, carrageenan, gum arabic.
Tea Rock is a natural sugar-free and made with premium loose-leaf tea and natural thickeners like carrageenan, derived from red seaweed, and gum arabic, sourced by acacia sap. Each cube is unique in shape because it is artisanal, made by hand in Italy.

How it works
With the Kettle (practical and effortless)
- Place one Tea Rock cube in the kettle (we recommend one cube per 500 ml of water);
- Turn on the kettle and wait for the water to reach the temperature;
- Turn off the kettle and leave to infuse for 2-5 minutes;
- Pour the tea into the cup and enjoy the aroma.
Tea Tips
You can leave the Tea Rock cubes in the kettle even after steeping for a stronger, more intense flavour.
With a Cup (perfect for a single serving)
- Place one Tea Rock cube into your cup;
- Pour hot water at 100°C directly over the cube;
- Steep for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally;
- Wait for your desired temperature and strength, then enjoy your tea.
Tea Tips

With the Teapot (for a shared experience)
- Place one Tea Rock cube into a teapot (we recommend one cube per 500 ml of water);
- Pour hot water at 100°C directly over the cube;
- Steep for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally;
- Wait for your preferred temperature and strength, then serve and enjoy.
